Location really close to restaurants and shops as well as the esplanade. Professional staff all over the place. Good slices of fresh bread, milk, butter, cereal, and cakes at breakfast.
Miserable staff!

Excellent location for proximity to ferries and the cbd. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Large free car park at the rear of the hotel. Windows have been double glazed which eliminates the majority of external street noise.
Just a small point, but one which almost invariably found in the majority of hotels, was the absence of fresh fruit juices at breakfast.

The Staffs fantastic attitude and willingness to help with a genuine feel and smile. And the Decor was great. Its location is brilliant close to everything and secure private parking next to the hotel.
The internet in the rooms gets signal but doesn't connect well. I believe they are looking into this, but it worked just outside the room and downstairs.

The meeting room with all the fancy gadgets was great for my nap. The hotel is conveniently located near a giant horse sculpture. The Greek district allowed me to feel cultured while dining.
Getting lost in the hotel was just the start of my adventure.
